All of us but Bill met in the Miami airport … and experienced our delayed flight! Only 1.5 hours so that was not bad. It was a smooth flight with clear skies, and we had a good view of Bailey’s and Anthony’s Keys from the plane!
And surprise! The Immigration arrival line was relatively speedy. Even though we were later than usual to arrive to AKR, we settled in nicely and got to tour a bit of the AKR spaces – the main lobby and entry area, Anthony’s Key (and the views and pool) and the dining room! (Thank you to AKR for the arrival sandwiches!) We’ll visit Bailey’s Key and meet the dolphins in the morning.
Savanna helped Kathleen and Manon put the MVA4 together … you can see their fun in the featured photo and also just below (where more elbows than imagined are in view!).
It was lovely to connect with old friends at AKR and to meet a few new folks, also. And this afternoon we got to see Denry, Waleska, Shaslynn, Gerald, Dante, and a few other trainers.
